A little rain on your wedding day is good luck, right?!  You bet!

I haven’t kept in contact with very many people from High School.  Just like anybody else I have plenty of people from High School on my facebook.  I see their posts and pictures once in a while, but I don’t actually see very many people I graduated with in person-except for Jessica.  I was friends with Jessica in my 9-12 years but didn’t really keep contact during my college years.  However, when managing a Caribou Coffee in Edina, MN I was lucky to see Jessica every morning (almost).  She came into my store and ordered her coffee on her way to work and she was ALWAYS a smiling and familiar face to see.  I haven’t been working for Caribou for almost a year now, and when Jessica contacted me to do her maternity photos-I couldn’t resist.  Being a new mother myself (well fairly new….) I know just how important those photos can be-your only pregnant for the first time once in your life and having those moments in photos is priceless.  I most definitely said “yes” to the opportunity to capture such a special time.  Best of luck to you Jessica & Landon-  Zachary is a very lucky little man to have you as his parents!  xoxo.

A few years ago this wonderful couple had me photograph their 2 darling dogs- Splash & Popsicle.  (You can see their photos on my “Fuzzy Love” page.)  Of course when they asked me to capture the newest addition to their family I couldn’t resist!  Welcome to the world beautiful Julia.  You are one blessed little girl.

Well, I have not posted a thing for the last month.  I have been busy taking care of our newest little bundle of joy-Connor David.  He was born on March 10, 2012 weighing a light 6 pounds 6 ounces.  My husband and I couldn’t be happier-our family is complete with 2 handsome boys!  I am enjoying every tiny cry, tiny smile, and all those tiny fingers and toes!  Here are some photos taken over the last month of our Connor Boy!

This little sweetie pie is only 2 weeks old.  It took some time to get those beautiful eyes to close so we could get some darling sleepy photos-but she cooperated and boy was she worth it!  I’m looking forward to seeing her grow!  xo.

Last week I had quite a few photo shoots.  On top of the working, babysitting, nesting for our new bundle of joy, trying to clean the house, and taking care of my little boy’s runny  nose & cough-  I am still catching up on some editing.  I am almost finished!  On Monday I photographed a beautiful 6 month old baby girl.  What a sweet pea this darling is.   I can’t wait to see how much she has grown by her 9 month photo shoot!!
