This past weekend I went to visit a friend from Middle/High School with Noah and Pat-  Danielle is expecting  a baby in January (almost exactly a year to Noah’s 1st birthday!!)  I did a mini maternity shoot for my dear friend-Dani-you are darling 🙂 xo.

This year our little Noah is going as a giraffe for his very first Halloween….I found this costume and had to get it!  Happy 9 months Noah Bear!  We love you SO much! xoxo. Mom & Dad

Noah is 8 months old.  My little boy is growing up TOO fast!

Happy Thursday!  Over labor day weekend I captured Colin and Angie’s special day.  This turned out to be one of my FAVORITE weddings to photograph.  Colin is a previous colleague of mine, and when he asked me to capture the moments of his special day- I didn’t hesitate for a moment.  The day couldn’t have been more perfect-the weather was amazing, the ceremony and music was STUNNING, and everything fell into place perfectly.  Cheers to you Colin & Angie-may you be blessed with 100 years of marriage to come 🙂 xo.

First came Catherine, next Anna Jo, third was Brianna, shortly after was Johnny, summer time was Allie, sixth was Zach, then my Noah, one day later was Kendall, & at last…Clare makes my 8th niece or nephew ;).  I am one blessed Auntie.

About 4 years ago I was working at a Caribou Coffee in Shakopee, MN.  I had just moved back up to the metro area and graduated from MSU in Mankato, MN.  My very first day at this Caribou store I worked with a girl named Sarah.  Little did I know, that day would be the first of many wonderful days that I got to spend with a dear friend.

Sarah is one of those people whose laugh is contagious and smile is worth a million bucks.  I have had the opportunity to capture several of her memorable life moments-her engagement to her now hubby, Nick-and also the day they said their “i do’s”.  I have to say that capturing her maternity was my favorite photo shoot thus far.  Being that I am a new mother myself, I know all of the amazing experiences they are about to go through as new parents.

Sarah and Nick, you are both dear to me and I wish you the best of luck on this new journey as a couple and as parents.  Enjoy the quietly peaceful moments, the crazy moments, and all those firsts!  The time will fly by fast-no worries-I’ll capture as many moments for your precious little Ceci as I can.  I can’t wait to watch her grow and change!  Love you-xo
